Refund policy

At Elior Manila, all items are carefully checked and packed before shipping. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order, as it outlines strict conditions for returns and refunds.


No Returns for Change of Mind, Wrong Size, or Wrong Color

We do not accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:

  • Wrong size selected by the buyer

  • Wrong color selected by the buyer

  • Change of mind after placing the order

  • Item does not fit or meet personal preference

Size charts, product descriptions, and photos are provided to help customers choose correctly. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed these details.


Returns for Damaged or Defective Items ONLY

We only accept returns or replacements if the item you received is:

  • Damaged, or

  • Defective, or

  • Incorrect item sent

Conditions:

  • You must contact us within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the item

  • You must provide:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos and/or videos showing the damage or defect

    • Photos of the original packaging

Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted.


Inspection & Anti-Fraud Protection

To protect our business from fraudulent claims:

  • All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt

  • Items showing signs of use, washing, wear, alteration, or intentional damage will be rejected

  • We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds if:

    • Evidence of misuse or tampering is found

    • False or misleading information is provided

    • Repeated suspicious claims are made

Approved returns must be sent back in original condition and packaging.


Refunds or Replacements

If your return is approved:

  • We will offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by us

Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is shouldered by the customer, unless the item is proven defective or incorrect due to our error

  • We are not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before processing.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will follow this Return and Refund Policy.
