Shipping Timeframe

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 3–14 business days after the confirmation of the order and address.

  • This timeframe excludes weekends and holidays

  • Processing times may vary during high-volume periods or promotions

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship within the Philippines only, unless stated otherwise

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout

Delivery Estimates

  • Delivery timelines provided by couriers are estimates only

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Courier operations

    • Weather conditions

    • Natural disasters

    • Address issues provided by the buyer

Buyer Responsibility

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that:

  • Shipping address is complete and correct

  • Contact details are accurate and reachable

We are not responsible for delayed, failed, or lost deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the buyer.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped

  • Please allow time for tracking information to update in the courier’s system

Failed or Returned Deliveries

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal to receive the package

The buyer will be responsible for additional shipping fees for reshipment. Refunds will not be issued for failed deliveries.

Damaged Packages During Transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Take clear photos before opening the package

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Claims submitted without proper evidence or beyond the allowed timeframe may be denied.

Shipping Fee Policy

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except if the error was caused by us

  • Promotional free shipping, if offered, is subject to terms and availability
